About Rian

Rian is a Tattoo Artist currently working at her private studio, Neon Rebel Tattoos, in Montreal, Canada.

When she was offered an apprenticeship in 2011 she sold everything she owned in Toronto and moved to Montreal, eager to begin. This was a unique opportunity to combine her artistic skills and creative passion into a profession and she wasn’t going to let it slip by. She quickly developed a penchant for illustrative, neotraditional and watercolour styled tattoos, and prides herself on being a well-rounded tattoo artist who is constantly seeking to improve and hone her skills. Her tattoos are unique pieces custom-designed for her clients. Rian is trained and certified in sterilisation and bloodborne pathogens via Go Safety Compliance Centre.

Rian has an educational background in fine art history, studio art and design, with a penchant for graphic novels and a passion for tattoo history and culture. She has an affinity for superheroes, sci-fi and cheese. Rian speaks both English and French and dabbles in Dutch.

Wonder Woman is her hero.

Rian est une tatoueuse qui travaille présentement dans son studio privé, Neon Rebel Tattoos, à Montréal, Canada.

Lorsqu’on lui a proposé un apprentissage en 2011, Rian a vendu tout ce qu'elle possédait à Toronto pour déménager à Montréal, impatiente de commencer. C'était une occasion unique de combiner ses compétences artistiques et sa passion créative dans une seule profession, et elle n'allait pas la laisser passer. Elle a rapidement développé un penchant pour les tatouages illustratifs, néotraditionnels et aquarelle, mais se targue d'être une artiste complète  qui cherche constamment à s’améliorer et aiguiser ses compétences. Ses tatouages sont des pièces uniques conçues sur mesure pour ses clients. Rian est formée et certifiée en stérilisation et pathogènes à diffusion hématogène via Go Safety Compliance Center.

Rian a effectué ses études en histoire des beaux-arts et en art de studio & design, avec un penchant pour les romans graphiques et une passion pour l'histoire et la culture du tatouage. Elle a porte un grand interêt aux super-héros, à la science-fiction et au fromage. Rian parle anglais et français et peut également bavarder en néerlandais.

Wonder Woman est son héroïne préférée.
